Quality Warehouse and Logistics.
Once harvested fresh mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are pre-cooled to 8 ° C in our warehouse within 2 hours.The fungus is handled in a climatic chamber at 8 ° C by our professionals who prepare each order according to customer needs (size, location, packaging, marking, etc ...). This is a competitive advantage to bring: clothing for their needs.
Then, the fungus is stored in a refrigerator at 4 ° C before being loaded onto trucks for our own direct sales in 24 hours.
